MILLARD REFRIGERATION BUILDING
New Construction \\ Omaha, NE
This new construction is a top of the line three story, 90,000-square foot corporate headquarters located in Omaha. Completed in May 2013, this building boasts heated underground parking, third floor top deck, large exercise room with locker rooms, executive lounge and a 100-person lower level training auditorium. It also includes many state of the art systems that aim to provide security and convenience for its occupants.
STERLING RIDGE RETAIL CENTER
New Construction \\ Omaha, NE
This project consisted of the construction of two new one-story retail structures at the Sterling Ridge Retail center at 132nd and Pacific Streets. Interior and exterior lighting framework and design was executed for both structures.
IWCC TECHNOLOGY BUILDING
New Construction \\ Council Bluffs, IA
This 86,500 square-foot state-of-the-art building was completed in 2015 and features 15 classrooms, 34 offices, two math labs and two computer labs.
TITAN READINESS CENTER
New Construction \\ Mead, NE
The Titan Readiness Center is a new 43,738 square foot facility designed to house units of the Nebraska Army National Guard. The new facilities will be complete with top of the line electrical, utilities and security systems. It will contain offices, supply areas, vaults and vehicle maintenance areas to aid in required training exercises.
STEPHEN CENTER
New Construction \\ Omaha, NE
The Stephen Center is a new, mixed-use building that includes an emergency shelter, kitchen, dining hall, offices, conference space and a large number of living units. This project was completed in the summer of 2015 and aims to help many struggling residents of the local area.
ELKHORN ELEMENTARY #11
New Construction \\ Elkhorn, NE
Opening in the fall of 2018, Elkhorn Elementary School #11 will boast an entirely different design from other newly built schools in the district. Complete electrical services included both standard and custom lighting of interior and exterior spaces, low voltage control and specialty systems such as signage, audio-visual, fire alarm and telecommunications.
ARBOR VIEW ELEMENTARY
New Construction \\ Elkhorn, NE
Opened in 2016, this newly constructed school is the 10th for the Elkhorn Public School district. Complete electrical services included both standard and custom lighting covering interior and exterior spaces, low voltage lighting control and additional specialty systems such as signage, audio-visual, fire alarm and telecommunications.
GRETNA MIDDLE SCHOOL
New Construction \\ Gretna, NE
Set to open in the fall of 2017. This new building is designed to handle the new overflow the area is experiencing. The new school will be complete with custom interior and exterior lighting as well as state of the art PA, intercom, security and fire alarm systems.
MILLARD NORTH HIGH SCHOOL
Addition & Renovation \\ Omaha, NE
Millard North High School serves about 2,400 students. Renovations and additions include a new main entrance and commons area (boasting a large video screen), second-floor hallway joining two previously un-joined sections, a 212-seat lecture hall, and much more.
FLATLAND CHURCH
Addition & Renovation \\ Omaha, NE
A new addition of over 16,000 square feet was added to the existing structure, with room for an auditorium, gathering space, and classroom/conference room. In addition, renovations were carried out to the existing structure with improvements made to all electrical systems and with the installation of a new fire alarm system.
RIVERSIDE HIGH SCHOOL
New Construction \\ Oakland, IA
Located in Oakland, IA this brand new high school was built ground up to replace the outdated school for the area. At 116,930 square feet this building is complete with many special features including custom theatrical lighting and a separate vocational agriculture building to enhance the students experience. As well as many of new upgraded safety systems though out the building.
